The Alex Jack Cup is for member clubs of the East of Scotland FA which are not participating in the Scottish Cup, or any other tournament whose winners qualify for the Scottish Cup.

First Round - 7th August 2021
Second Round - 28th August 2021
Third Round - 18th September 2021
Semi-Finals - 23rd October 2021
Final - 28th November 2021
